Halim Perdanakusuma Airport continues to strive to provide optimal service for all airport service users, such as presenting a new atmosphere every month at the airport terminal, through Thematic Events such as the DKI Jakarta Anniversary celebration with the theme "Jakarta Kite HLP Kite" which presents 5 Typical Betawi MSMEs, the Ondel Parade Ondel, Jaipong Dance, and Gambang Kromong.
On August 17 2023 Halim Perdanakusuma Airport celebrated Indonesia's independence day with the theme "HLP Merdeka" (HLP Independence) by holding a red and white flag raising ceremony, a flag parade by airport officers (Aviation Security, AMC, and PKP-PK) carrying flags along the airport lobby, holding a moment of silence created in the Boarding Lounge, and presented 3 MSMEs, Mini Games, Face Painting and Traditional Dance.
To support the government's program in advancing electric vehicles, Halim Perdanakusuma Airport is collaborating with PLN in building a Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU). Furthermore, to improve services, Halim Perdanakusuma Airport collaborates with the Indonesian National Air Carrier Association (INACA) to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey, and Halim Perdanakusuma Airport provides Customer Feedback Barcode Stickers which can be used by airport service users to provide suggestions and input which are distributed throughout the Airport Terminal.
