
Jakarta, November 1, 2024 – Halim Perdanakusuma Airport is a Civil Enclave Airport. It resumed operations in September 2022 after the pandemic was declared over. It serves scheduled commercial flights and charter flights daily, along with other functions, including military flights, VVIP flights, private jets, commercial flights, and air cargo.

Halim Perdanakusuma Airport is currently managed by ATS and serves several airlines offering scheduled flights to various destinations such as Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Kualanamu, Palembang, and others. ATS is making improvements to enhance services, such as renovating rooms, restructuring passenger flows, and improving supporting facilities.

Novrihandri, the President Director of ATS, welcomed the presence of Garuda Indonesia operating at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport and congratulated them on their arrival. ATS will support Garuda Indonesia's operations at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport to serve its flight routes.

The presence of Garuda Indonesia at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport will provide an alternative airline for passengers who wish to travel by air to various destinations in Indonesia. Initially, the flight routes from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport will include destinations such as Medan (Kualanamu), Padang, and Surabaya, and we believe that more routes will be added in the future.
